Cheering Kids Get Arrested

The Associated Press is reporting that seven people attending a high school graduation ceremony in Rock Hill, South Carolina, were arrested for disorderly conduct. The incident stemmed from the fact that they were CHEERING after student’s names were being called out as diplomas were distributed.

Hmm…. that’s pretty disorderly. Those kids will probably end up in jail for even more serious misdemeanors such as wearing white shoes after labour day.

What is the world coming to? What are law enforcement authorities coming to? Does the police department of Rock Hill seriously have nothing better to do than to pick on seven kids that are cheering on classmates? Personally, I’d like to thank the Rock Hill PD for ending my blogging drought. I had another period of “bloglessness” whilst I was focusing on my home-business, but once I saw this story, I was back to the blogging world before I knew it. Just like Al Pacino said in the Godfather… “Just when I get out, they pull me back in again!”

    What in the world??????
Wow – I’d better be careful at my kids sporting events…. I wouldn’t want to get in trouble for cheering them on!!!

Oh wow! That’s absolutely hillarious. I agree, the police obviously have too much time on their hands.
